Okay, this website (and app) takes all of the guess work out of meal planning. You plug in your calories, macros, or what have you and then you enter in foods you won't eat (like peanuts, shellfish, etc.) and your weekly meal plan will be generated for you. The easiest meal prepping I have ever done. The recipes print out and so does the grocery list. I believe I pay for the premium version, but don't actually remember now. Either way, free or paid, it is 100% worth it. Especially if you track macros. If you don't like something on the menu, you can reshuffle for another option. I highly recommend.
