Horrible customer service. I had a promotional gift card and ordered before the expiration date; however, a pair of $225 sandals I returned (stupidly) thinking I would get a site credit. I had sent back with the preaddressed label to them, saw it delivered, so I called to see why I didn't have the credit. After speaking with Adancia, she said because it was an AMEX promotional card, they wouldn't give a site credit. I asked if I could have the sandals and other item I returned sent back. She said no. I then wrote an email to customer care and Adancia responded saying a manager would call within 24 hours. Didn't get a call of course. There was also nothing in the fine print stating that you wouldn't get a credit if you returned. I called AMEX to give them feedback and said they should reconsider if they think about doing a promo with Moda again. What a shame MO has such terrible service because the point of promos is that the company hopes you spend more money with them, which I would have (since I was looking at more expensive items to purchase than the sandals); but now I will never use this site again.
