I recently purchased a purse on sale. During the very first use I noticed 2 tears on the bag where the strap met the bag. I only had the bag for a week and emailed Moda asking for a refund or exchange as the bag was clearly sent to me torn. They said "no because it was final sale". After some research I realized this is actually their MO, to take damaged products and mark them on final sale, so the damaged product can be sold but not returned. I will never buy from them again. I can't support that kind of business.
