Scam company, buyer beware. They do not issue refunds, I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a refund, and still Shapermint has not re-credited my credit card. They are no longer responding to my emails so I've resorted to filing complaints against this company's fraudulent crediting practices with the FTC, two BBBs, my state attorney general's office, Pennsylvania's state attorney general's office, my state's consumer protection bureau, and the consumer financial protection bureau. Next, I will report them to my credit card company to dispute Shapermint's charge on my account. This company is practicing in credit card fraud.
