Recently I tried to purchase some designer purses from two sellers on Poshmark. One or all of them were selling fake or stolen items. Another claimed she bought a brand new purse from Saks but somehow she was selling it for $100 when it currently sells for $300. This is brand new, supposedly purchased from Saks, so why not return it? Poshmark doesn't care if you are satisfied, only if you can prove it is fake. Buyer beware.

I bought three items for Thredup recently. I requested returns for two items and they send me packing slips for both. Instead of putting them in separate boxes I put both items in the box with the packing slip and extra shipping label. They claim I only returned one item and somehow the other is lost in the ether. There is no customer support. Also, I bought a final sale item- a James Perse jacket that was supposedly in good condition- that had nail polish on the front of the jacket. I'm fed up with Thredup.
