I phoned Very 3 times and spoke to different advisors I was told my next day delivery payment would be refunded, it was not, i was also told I would get a refund of the order it took 2 weeks to refund this. I am so disappointed with very and the delivery couriers they use Yodel has failed with more than 20 deliveries most being from Very I did expect better customer service with Very, I now do not shop with Very!

iPhone charger but returned it as next day delivery was a fail and it was delivered to the wrong address again
