It costs approximately 47% to return an item. Very poor customer service is this thinking especially on line not able to see actual or fit. I ordered 2 skirts for a total of $60.03. And it cost me about $28.00 to return even to exchange. The quality of the skirts were fine it's the business costumer handling is a money maker for them. I do not recommend this business to anyone thinking of returning an item. The return policy does not reflect a good stable company that cares about their customers

We were able to locate your order and we have refunded the return fee that we cover, which is $8.99 for up to 5 items. This refund will show up on your credit card statement in the next 5 to 10 business days.
Regarding your return fees concern, we do provide a shipping label that you can use to return up to 10 items, the prices are $8.99 for up to 5 items and $10.99 for up to 10 items. Please note that this return label has insurance to guarantee that you are provided with your refund in case anything happens to the returned package. We are certainly very sorry to know that you paid that much for your return, and at the moment we have no way of controlling the amounts that shipping companies bill for returns, this is why we recommend our customers to use our return options instead. There are also some case where we might waive these fees depending on the scenario, if you believe this might be the case on your next purchase, please let us know and we'll be happy to review your case.
