Poor customer service. On hold for 20 minutes only to be pushed through and then told mailbox is full. I am trying to let them know that a 50 lb. container or chlorine was listed as delivered by Fedex and it wasn't. I filed claim with Fedex and they indicated shipper has to file claim. The rest of my order has been moved around with respect to Fedex delivery dates. I realize most of this is Fedex fault but to have your mailbox be full when calling customer service? Unacceptable. I want to cancel the order now because they chose Fedex which is the worst shipper around. I needed these chemicals yesterday and have no idea if they are coming or when because Fedex is awful. Who needs this frustration?
