Ordered a pair of shoes online. WHITE shoes. Received them today and they're dirty! They've been worn and have scuffs and a stain on one shoe. I called customer service right away and they said take them back to a store for exchange. I'm not driving 35 miles to exchange a pair of shoes I ordered online. That's the reason I ordered online because there isn't a store near me. Then they tell me I have to wait for an email to come requesting pictures before they will send me a return label. So first they send dirty used shoes, and I now, not only have to wait longer for them to correct their mess up but now I have to prove my claim? For and exchange?! Are you serious?! Shoes are going back for a refund now. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT JOURNEYS AGAIN!
