Tracey was my agent and she promised me that the day before my flight she will get me my seat assignment. I called her all day till I had to pay a lot of money to get my own seats. Then Summer, customer service, said she will check and gave me 2 $50 certificates, and I told her I don't want that and she said, again, she will have to check the system, now she said they can't give me anything. How is that for bait and switch?
