I placed an order and about an hour later I decided I wanted to change the color of the product I ordered. I contacted customer service but did not receive a reply until hours later. By that time, they told me that the order had been sent to their warehouse and it was too late to make a change to it. I asked if I could do an exchange once I received the product but was informed that I would have to pay for the shipping again and I could be subject to a restocking fee even if the package was unopened. When I received my order I was not happy about either product. I tried to go to the website to leave a review but every time I tried to submit the review, I received an error message. I hope it's just a glitch on the website and not intentional. Customers should be able to leave reviews for products so that the next person knows all of the pros and cons.
