I purchased 4 cables and 3 of which became faulty. I emailed customer service and their excuse is that "in some 'rare' situations they send out faulty cables". They asked that I provide them with a video or photo of proof of the faulty cable. After providing them with video proof of their defective product, I waited two days to follow up just for them to ask for more proof of the cables. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm speechless now. Just do yourself a favour and spend the extra money for the real thing. At least you get a warranty. Because that's what good company's do.
