Described the product wrong, there is no pencil holder on the iPad case. A store credit was offered, even though they acknowledged their improper description of the case, and stated that they had no correct product for my new iPad. They then told me to keep the unusable case, and refunded my money, but withheld $10 in the process. They were dishonest, unethical, and even slow to respond. The refund they did issue was more than a week later than they said it would be.
