I waited 2 weeks before writing them about the fact that UPS still didn't have my package in the system. Instead of taking ownership of the mess-up they said UPS had lost it & they were reshipping it, but they were still using the same tracking number? Not possible. When I confronted them about it, they told me I was rude & they didn't want my patronage. I might not be a store ordering tons of product but I should be treated with respect. I'm still waiting 3 weeks after placing my order... I might have saved a couple bucks but it is NOT worth it!
