I purchased my pans in May for a gift that I was giving in November, I ordered from the Gotham site and paid $159 for my 10-piece set, looking online I'm finding the same exact set with the free gifts that they claim to include for $79! Same exact thing I called the company to find out and they said there is only a 30-day refund policy where on their site it says 90 either way I'm beyond that time and they will not compensate me at all I paid almost double for a pots and pan set! Do not order from these people the customer service is terrible and the prices are elevated double! Put a little bit more money into a green pan and get a reliable product with wonderful customer service!
Tip for consumers:
Go to Amazon or a local retail store to purchase this product! If you order from the company they will charge you double making it seem like you're getting something for nothing when it's the exact same set you could be buying locally and saving $80!

None, they are still in the box being given as a gift next month, asked if the price could be adjusted because every place I find the same set is $79 and the company charge me $159 with "free shipping"

The coating comes off. It is not hard at all plastic utensils scratch it off. Plum sorry don't buy.
I cannot even give these pans a one star they have to be the worst pans I have ever used I have...
