I ordered two items on June 16. An email on June 18 informed me that the parcel was shipped. On clicking on the tracking number I was informed that delivery was June 25th. It is now July 5th. The tracking has still not been updated. I contacted TSC on three occasions. Each person promised something would be done. My last contact was today July 5th. I requested not to have parcels sent with Fleetoptics as I have never had a positive experience with them in contrast to the other carriers TSC often uses. I was told I had no options. My reply was that the company had the option of which carriers to use. For a company to use a carrier that does not work for me and to have that take it or leave it attitude left me stunned. Needless to say, I hung up.
