I ordered two items on June 16. An email on June 18 informed me that the parcel was shipped. On clicking on the tracking number I was informed that delivery was June 25th. It is now July 5th. The tracking has still not been updated. I contacted TSC on three occasions. Each person promised something would be done. My last contact was today July 5th. I requested not to have parcels sent with Fleetoptics as I have never had a positive experience with them in contrast to the other carriers TSC often uses. I was told I had no options. My reply was that the company had the option of which carriers to use. For a company to use a carrier that does not work for me and to have that take it or leave it attitude left me stunned. Needless to say, I hung up.
Tip for consumers:
The carrier that seems to be used particularly with orders that qualify for free shipping, Fleetoptics, is terrible. A TSC representative told me that shipping with them can take up to 3 weeks, something not disclosed when one orders online. The tracking information is not updated at all. According to the tracking information, the items were to be delivered on June 25th. It is now July 6 and nothing on the tracking information has changed.
Products used:
Shipping is only free over $150. There is a restocking fee for returns. The issue is with the shipping carriers TSC uses and their refusal to allow shoppers the option of not using certain carriers.
