For more than six weeks now, I've been awaiting resolution for the return of my item due to its size. Despite requesting an exchange for a larger gate initially, I've received no updates after six weeks. At this point, I'm inclined to opt for a refund. Strangely, the gate is continuously reported to be "in the warehouse for processing." This situation raises suspicions that the gate might have been misplaced, or the company is deliberately evading the matter.
What's truly frustrating is the consistent lack of communication and transparency throughout this ordeal. Every week, I've been assured by the customer service department that the issue will be resolved, but each time, it remains unresolved. These empty promises, coupled with the absence of concrete information about my refund status, are not only disappointing but also disrespectful of my time.
Furthermore, the protracted delay in processing the refund has caused me considerable inconvenience. I adhered to the company's return protocol diligently and anticipated a reasonable timeframe for a refund or exchange. While I understand that occasional delays are inevitable, the repeated lack of accountability and communication from the company's end is entirely inexcusable.
