My first point of concern was the lopsided nature of my glass jar bottom. Rep said that the jar is frosted and you can't see that line (such a false claim). I let it go. Then wanted to get 2 clearly defective jars replaced and rep told me that I could get store credit for the 2 jars and would have to buy another 48 pcs to get the 48nthat I need. I need 48 pcs, not 96. He finally agreed to refund me $3 and after I said with shipping, I paid $2+ each...he said that's what you're going to get and hung up on me! That is not the quality of customer service that I am used to. Moreover, I was not rude or had an attitude. I didn't deserve that treatment. 0 stars
Update...I have attached part of the return policy which clearly refutes what the Rep told me (i.e. That they can not send me 2 jars...that I have to buy another case). And it does say that they do not compensate for shipping...okay, I'll let that go. What's most important is having the full 48 jars...all he had to do was abide by their policy and send me the jars...disappointing.
