Horrible customer service. Wish I came here first and read the reviews. Received my order and the tubes on the pump are way too thin to dispense anything with any level of viscosity. I reached out to return as I haven't used anything yet and got treated like an idiot from customer service and how basically if I wanted to return, I would have to ship myself and and then a 20% restocking fee would be added which leaves me with hardly any money returned. Just the fact that they sold these as "pumps" is crazy because the tubes are something you would see in a fine mister product. The person who I dealt with in initiating the return didn't have any sense of empathy and didn't care to make anything right with me. Bring a small business owner, I just can't understand how they are still conducting business in this manner. Shop elsewhere. Berlin packaging has always been professional
