So I ordered a part here because they were the cheapest but I paid for the fastest shipping option because I needed the part right away. They said guaranteed by Monday on the site and in the order confirmation I later received. I got a shipping notice pretty quickly as well (might have been the same day). But when I tracked the order it said it would be arriving Wednesday. I contacted them and asked for refund of the expedited shipping since this was only 1 day different than the standard shipping was stated to be. They said "Please remember we don't process orders during the weekend or holidays." How do I remember something that is counter to what all the information you stated on your site and the emails you sent me? First and last time I ever order from them.
