“Backpack straps fraying almost all the way through because of the sharp edges on the grommets.”

Unfortunately straps are wearing out after 2 months opening and closing shoulder straps going to metal grommets of opening up the backpack I love the fabric but I would not buy a backpack anymore from Vera Bradley
