Ordered a Whirlpool dishwasher inlet valve from Partselct.ca. Part arrived and it is defective. They shipped out a defective part! Do they not check parts before they ship them out? Quality Assurance?
Astonishing.
I emailed customer service and they did not respond. I called customer service 6 times during their business hours and they did not answer the phone (for options pertaining to returns or info on an order), nor would they allow a message to be left. This is suposed to be a professionally run business.
I called a 7th time, only this time, I selected #1 option, that is for placing an order and sure enough, promptly they answered! Wow! I was told an email would come in 3-5 business days from them with refund and return directions. Inappropriate way to treat customers. I need the part now. It cannot wait more than 3 to 5 business days, before even receiving an email on how the refund and return process will take place.
It's really sad that a company can operate in this manner. Now I have to think about ordering appliance parts elsewhere, because I have concerns as to how reliable and trustworthy Partselect.ca will be and how they treat customers.
