I ordered directly through there website and paid extra to have it delivered by a certain date. 16 days after the delivery date I paid for I am still waiting. I had to buy another gift for the occasion because they are so incompetent. Customer Service has refused a refund even though they did not keep up their end of the order. I no longer need or want the item as it's way past when I NEEDED it. Stay Away from Canvas Champ it's just lighting your money on fire.
