The ordering experience was fine. Delivery was later than expected. We opened the grate and used it to find out it's not big enough for our fireplace. It's actually smaller than the dimensions in the description on the web site says. When I called to see about exchanging it, I was told it couldn't be because it had been used. I thought it was "satisfaction guaranteed". Guess not. We need one larger and one that is higher than what we got. I'm currently looking around for others.
