I ordered a purple sweatshirt and received a green one. I have tried sending 4 emails since Sunday and keep getting told someone will help me within 24 hours. It is now Thursday and I have heard from nobody. I tried filing a claim on their website site and it tells me it doesn't recognize my order number. I am now going to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Very disappointed because the sweatshirt I did receive is nice quality but the person I bought it for does not like green.
