I was told my item would be delivered on 8/10. Today is the 10th my item is still in California according to there tracking. Reached out to customer service zero response.

Don't order from this site if you have made plans to wear it on a certain date.

The site has cheap cute stuff but returning something is a horrible process. They give you a return lable and half way through the mail process the package gets lost so they don't have to refund your money and you have no product. They blame the postal service, postal service says there return lable has no tracking on it. Returned product on 6/14 still no refund. Customer service said they will Gove me a refund and still nothing

Horrible company, Horrible customer service. Been fighting for weeks for a refund for software that dosent work. They jump you through hoops asking you to disable your antivirus software and click random links they send you in emails. All around Horrible!

Horrible product and customer service. Paid 100.00+ for this product and it doesn't fit properly. Contacted customer support and received 1 email asking for pictures which I sent haven't heard anything else from them, Contacted customer support again they told me it was under review and I just had to wait... this was weeks ago.
