I've only ordered once in this website and when I did I was a little scared because of all the negative reviews. The prices seem a little higher than most websites but I was going to order the Got7 Japanese album Moriagatteyo, which was $50+, so I got the free shipping. The shipping was fast and they provided me with a trackng number. Most websites that give me a tracking number that I can'tt use once the item leaves Korea, but this store isn't based on Korea. It isn't my favorite store for kpop albums but if I ever have to order a Japanese one I'll definitely use this website again. My item arrived with plenty bubble rap and on time.

The first time I bought from there was to buy the B. A. P Matrix album. It was a pre-order in November. All of my friend's copies arrived except for mine, so I messaged them aand they told me to wait a little bit more. I waited another two weeks and messaged them again, they told me that there were some delays and that I shuld have to wait until the 60 day limit. When the limit hit, they told me that it was lost and they couldn't do anything about it. But the response was so rude.

In between the waiting for that album that never came, I ordered Day6's album as a birthday gift. Since I needed it ASAP, I picked EMS shipping, which was supposed to arrive in less than a week. But it didn't I didn't get the CD until three weeks later.

There are other sites with much better service. Ktown4u is my favorite, but I've also tried Kpopmart, Kpoptown and the service has been good so far. I'm waiting for an order from Yesasia to arrive, so I'll see what I think about that. But I know it'll be better than what I think of Kpopplus. Don't waste your money there.
