I purchased an item from Ulonet as a gift. However, there is *no option to specify a shipping address*, so they processed the order to ship to my billing address. When this happened, I tried calling, emailing, and texting customer support, and they asked me the proper shipping address which I gave to them. Then I received an email that my order had been cancelled! I once again tried calling several times but it always said "user busy". I texted customer support and asked what the problem was, they responded quickly but I was left waiting several days. Eventually I gave up and bought the product elsewhere.
Simply put: Ulonet does not have a capable system for ordering products, so I would suggest buying elsewhere.
