Almost ordered a piece of equipment that is $1000+ everyplace else and weighs hundreds of pounds. Ulonet has it listed at <$100 and free shipping. Literally not possible, and the positive reviews are pretty suspect everywhere. The site was created six months ago and the phone number is never answered, chat is not responsive (or someone in another country) Trust your gut and do not give these people your credit card…
I've place 4 orders and every one of them were cancelled by Ulonet. I've attempted numerous times to contact Ulonet via phone, email, and online chat to rectify the problem, but they clearly are not concerned as they have ghosted me after every inquiry.
Being very frustrated with this company, I decided to do some research and found that this website just recently popped up and appears to be running out of a shabby apartment in Florida. Google it for yourself. Trust it at your own risk!
We have attempted to order a product from Ulonet multiple times, but it keeps getting cancelled by Ulonet and customer support will not respond to explain the reason for the cancellation. Each time we order, we receive an email showing our order, but the next day we get an email saying Ulonet have cancelled the order. I can see the pending charges and pending refunds on my credit card each time. No one EVER answers the phone and often times it just disconnects. Online chat is even worse as they take hours to respond and offer zero help when they finally do respond.
This is a follow up to a review I wrote a few months ago. The credit card that I used to place an order on Ulonet got flagged for fraud when someone tried to use it to buy fireworks in Missouri (I live in New England). I have no doubt now that this is just a phishing site for stealing credit card numbers.
I made uniq email to register this site, made the purchase, they refunded me money with explanation that it was the mistake on their web site and they don't have item on their storage. After couple months from my credit card were made unknown for me payments about $900 and stores informed me about purchases exactly the same email which I used when registered on their site only. It is fishing site DONT USE IT.

Do not waste your time with this site. If I could give it a negative 5 I would. I am updating my prior review of May 30th where, with no explanation, my order was cancelled 24 hours after a charge to my credit card was processed. About 4 weeks later someone tried to charge over $1200 to this same card. My bank contacted me before approving the charge, so that was fine. However, I had to get a new card and card number. It seems others have had the same experience after dealing with ULONET. So bottom line, do not waste your time. This site has nothing to sell and is just trying to collect your information so they can defraud you. AVOID at all costs! Nothing but aggravation.

Purchased an item on one day with a virtual account number from Citi (temporary) as I never used the merchant. They cancelled the order next day stating that they reversed the charges. One month later, I had a bunch of charges that appeared on my account using this temporary number I had generated so it does come from them. Whether hacked or fraudulent.
Ordered an item twice and canceled both times. Very sketchy site. No support. Chat with "Jessica" is probably a fake name. Takes your ccard info so concerned about scam and fraud. They could take ccard to make fraud charges later.
On 5/25 I placed an order for the posthole auger and everything processed and went through fine, including a confirmation email of the order. Then today, 5/26, I receive an email that the order has been refunded. No explanation, no number of email listed for me to inquire as too why and no alternative offered.

After chatting with "jessica" about if an item was in stock she seemed very short with me and i could not get my order to go thru despite entering in all the proper addresses and CC info. Also could not log in after creating an account on this website. Please stay away from this website

I have been calling ULONET for 2 days and no one answers the phone. They advertize a garage door opener (new) at a very low price and google lists it as an available vendor. I dont feel safe submitting an order.

I attempted to purchase something from them today and the site failed to process the credit card. Now I am a bit concerned that my CC data has been compromised but I see every CC transaction come through via text, so I am not overly concerned. Regardless, I will not order anything from this site again and wish I had looked here beforehand.

I placed an order with Ulonet and did not receive an order confirmation email even though my credit card showed a pending charge, I emailed a request for confirmation a couple of times, called the number on the website and received busy signals every time. Received no actual response to my inquiries, I finally received and email a day later confirming the order but received another email nine minutes later that the order had been refunded. Evidently Ulonet is independently wealthy and doesn't need customer orders to stay in business. When it feels like it they just unilaterally cancel orders. Won't do business with them again and I would strongly suggest anyone actually wishing to receive the product they order shouldn't either.

I purchased an item from Ulonet as a gift. However, there is *no option to specify a shipping address*, so they processed the order to ship to my billing address. When this happened, I tried calling, emailing, and texting customer support, and they asked me the proper shipping address which I gave to them. Then I received an email that my order had been cancelled! I once again tried calling several times but it always said "user busy". I texted customer support and asked what the problem was, they responded quickly but I was left waiting several days. Eventually I gave up and bought the product elsewhere.
Simply put: Ulonet does not have a capable system for ordering products, so I would suggest buying elsewhere.
Tried 3 times to order an item. The first time they got my credit card info. And then the order timed out. The second time I was unable to re-find the item. The third time tried through their chat,. It doesn't seem to work, no one answers... Also, no one answers their email. Concerned that it is just a scam site.
My recent experience ordering on this site echoes the comments of other reviews here and resulted in fraudulent charges appearing on my credit card, which had to be cancelled and replaced. The fraud dept. for my credit called to alert me to suspicious activity. A small order had been placed on Ulonet for a single item on Aug. 1 and a confirmation was received,. Then a few days later when I inquired about the order I was told the item went out of stock and would not ship. There is no 800 support number. Chat results in only broken English b. S. responses. It certainly appears that this "business" is dealing in stolen credit card information. FBI?

This $#*!bag website company scammed me out of a $58.00 water filter which I placed the purchase on June 20,2022. It is now July 27,2022 and the product never came. I called the company multiple times for information, assistance. No answered, went straight to voicemail message. Googled the listed addresse, turn out an appartment address in Florida.

Attempted to purchase a miter saw. As I saw others say, they confirm the order, but said payment is processing or something. Then "refund" and "cancel" the order after a couple days. Seems really suspicious.

I ordered an item and they never confirmed it just said I was getting credit for it. Obviously didn't have the item or they are a scam. I am checking further with my bank since they have my account information.
Tried to order on the ulonet website, the site would not accept my purchase so I gave up and ordered on Amazon got the item next day. I went back to ulonet the next day and ordered another item that was cheaper than Amazon. The site accepted the order. Got an e mail stating that order was on hold until payment went through. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I SEEN THIS. CC PAYMENT IS IMMEDIATE. VERY STRANGE. TRIED TO CANCEL ORDER IN CHAT, (That took 5 min per response)THEY JUST KEPT SAYING " YOU WILL GET AN E MAIL" STRANGE INTERACTION WITH THIS WEBSITE! WILL NEVER TRY AGAIN!

Jessica in the online chat help is the only link that i can find to even talk to anyone in this company. She cannot answers any questions and takes 4 hours in between text notes. Extremely poor customer service, i have no idea if i will get my product, if my credit card was stolen. I should have trusted my gut when i ordered... i will update this review if this ever gets sorted out.

I ordered an item, and while I was in the process of entering my debit card information to purchase said item, a screen popped up stating, "your session has expired." I was automatically redirected back to the company homescreen and noticed my online shopping cart was empty. I decided to order the item a second time. On their website I received conformation my payment had been successful. I checked my email to make sure the conformation number had been sent so that I could track the item once it had shipped. I recieved an email from this company WITH a conformation number AND a note stating, "This order is pending because we need to verify your payment." I found that to be odd considering the website had ALREADY verified my payment had gone through. I began to worry that I may have ordered TWO of said items, so I decided to respond back to the email and asked them to make sure my order did indeed go through and that I had only ordered ONE. The following morning I checked my email and got a response back from the company stating, "Your order has been refunded." There was NO explanation as to why the order was basically canceled. I proceeded to reach out once again via email to find out what the issue was and was never able to get a response. I decided to go back to this company's website to find a phone number so that I could speak with a LIVE customer service representative. Oddly enough, the company's physical address claims to be based out of Florida, yet the posted customer service phone number is based out of Oklahoma. I have called MULTIPLE times in attempts to reach these people concerning my issues and ALL I get is a sketchy voicemail. I have left voicemail requesting the company to return my calls and they haven't done so thus far. I called my bank to report possible fraud and to check my account transactions and was Informed I do indeed have 1 "pending" transaction (the EXACT amount said item I tried to purchase from this company). How can I have a "pending" transaction on my bank account when I recieved an email from this company stating my order had been "refunded"? For these reasons I believe this company is 100% fraudulent and they're simply getting "customers" to reveal their credit/debit card information. I agree 100% with other reviewers who stated they believed the positive reviews are fake. My bank and I will continue to monitor my bank account... my personal advice thus far would be to FIND A DIFFERENT company and DON'T take the risk of being scammed by this "company."
