I ordered a deck box over a week ago, i have no confirmation email, i have no product, i have zero customer support. Jessica in the online chat help is the only link that i can find to even talk to anyone in this company. She cannot answers any questions and takes 4 hours in between text notes. Extremely poor customer service, i have no idea if i will get my product, if my credit card was stolen. I should have trusted my gut when i ordered... i will update this review if this ever gets sorted out.
UPDATE: I canceled my order. I did not get any other messages from customer service and the phone number goes straight to a busy signal. I believe they have gone out of business. Amazon, im coming back! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SITE. PRICES ARE GREAT FOR A REASON, THEY DONT HAVE IT.
