I sent my iPhone to them as a trade in through spectrum. It was inspected at the local store and was in great condition. They sent a claim stating that the screen was cracked. Customer service there is a simply deflector.

Purchased barn doors. Got email in 2 days that the order canceled. Over the chat they told me that a payment didnt go thru. Offered to do another one over the phone. And they told me that product isnt available as too many buying it.
