They charge for items undelivered or not serviced. Impossible to resolve customer service and billing department. Extremely high pricing without providing what is listed on invoices. Once again avoid signing a contract or doing any business at all cost.

Tip for consumers:
Do no sign a contract, prices sky rocketing. When driver does come by, it's before anyone is here and we get a bill with one small bottle of soap, nothing else in the 250 ish range.
