The window AC itself is going great. Cooled us really well in the bedroom and down a hallway on this 39c day. Johncootes however, almost zero communication amid massive delay in sending the item out, and no email response nor a phone number to call, anywhere on internet or website as online only store now (which i didn't realise). Never again.

Reason I chose this business:

Old company, did not realize it had changed hands though.
