“Does anyone understand mounting and framing?”

I called Michael's to have an 11x14 photograph, that I printed, mounted on foam core. I have a frame. The manager in framing had no idea of the cost. I had to explain to her over and over what I wanted. I finally hung up. I'll do it myself or take it to a framer who knows framing.

Tip for consumers:
Hire people in your framing section that know what they’re doing.
