Took my money and did not provide any service.
I booked a transfer 36 hours before required, while waiting at the airport I found the email in my spam folder which said my booking had be deactivated because I did not provide a drop off address - The website I booked on only allowed me to enter the area, not the specific address.
So basically, the website is set up to take money only. There was never any intention for them to provide the transfer as the email I received was an automatic response after I booked online.
I have emailed numerous times requesting a refund but they tell me I can only have a credit.
