They double charge your card. 1st when order is placed then because you have embroidery which they charged me 138.00 for 2 shirts just for the embroidery. Then they will charge your card again on the day that you approve it.
They tell you o the 1st charge is pre auth it doesnt go through o yes it does my order was a little over 400.00 got charges 2x so 800.00 Then they tell you o you have to wait 7-10 days for the one charge to drop off. So make sure you have money in your account if you are going with them. This will be the last time I order from them period!

If you saw the full amount appear on your debit card statement right after you placed your order, please note this wasn’t an actual charge. It was simply an authorization to verify that these funds are available.
The authorization will clear in 7-10 days, but your card was not charged.
You are billed only when your order physically ships out.
