Previous administrator was already with HG. I decided to take over the hosting myself under my own account. It was all downhill from there. Nobody speaks understandable English, representatives will outright lie to you (I was told multiple times I was holding for a supervisor. 1 rep finally admitted there was no supervisor). Migration team doesn't accept phone calls. Everything is translated through the customer service team, which can't help at all. I will never, ever use this company
