Corvettemods is also operating under Modern Gen Auto on e-bay and their feedback there sucks just as bad.
Tip for consumers:
Check the reviews for Corvette mods, and the feedback for Modern Gen Auto, they both suck. Poor customer service, no communication.
Products used:
I purchased parts for my car, after 3 weeks I e-mailed them, no response. I sent another e-mail to cancel my order, 1 week later I received the order. I called to have it returned and was told there would be a 20% restocking fee.
I ordered a headlight switch knob in August, the next day I cancelled the order, Ecklers said it was in shipping and they would try. I received the part the end of October. They didn't tell me it was backordered, they stated it was in shipping. I sent an e-mail to return it and learned there is a 25% restocking fee, it has been a week and no response. I will sell it on e-bay. I didn't realize they had such poor reviews. I will shop at Top Flight now who has 5 star reviews.
