The Grommet took my order, charged my credit card, and then never delivered a thing. I sent two e-mails asking about the status and they never replied. Finally, after almost a month, I got through to someone at their *******140 number.
The person I talked to flat-out lied, claiming The Grommet had canceled my order the day after I placed it, had sent me e-mail to notify me, and had refunded my money.
It wasn't until the day after that call that The Grommet actually issued a refund and sent an e-mail saying the items were out of stock. Clearly, if I had not finally gotten someone on the phone, The Grommet was going to ignore my e-mails and keep my money forever.
