Bought some CinnaChroma as a trial as they had a 100% guaranteed refund if not satisfied. Well I am very dis-satisfied as I haven't received the product. I am in the UK and was not warned that customs would want another $20 before they would release the goods.
They have flatly refused to refund me – as I haven't received the goods, I CAN'T return them.
Someone called them a bunch of thieves – I'm tempted to agree with them.
Whether the CinnaChroma works, I have no idea, but if you're outside the USA, my advice would be don't buy it.
Should they try to claim this is a false review, I have the email evidence to back up my statement.
Hello David. Have you tried contacting customer support? You can reach out to them here: support@bartonpublishing.com. The UK randomly selects packages to hold for customs. If you do not claim the package, it will be returned to us. At that time, we will refund you per our refund policy.
