Although Princess Auto advertises customer satisfaction they fall far short. I would warn people about ordering on line from them as mistakes are common. I was shipped the wrong item and when I went to try and contact them, I tried their on line contact site on 5 occasions without receiving a reply. I then tried their phone contact number. The first time I waited 1hour and 10 minutes before it was answered, I returned the item and waited another two and a half weeks for the right one before calling a second time, waiting 57 minutes to talk to an agent. After not being given an answer about my refund and waiting another 5 days I called again and was shocked that it only took 46 minutes to be answered.
I think they could have more than one person for complaints for all internet and store problems in Canada.
