Unfortunately I would have to agree with most of the reviews that are posted here. The customer service is absolutely awful. I ordered a T-shirt and when I received it the print was on the back of the shirt not the front as the website had depicted. It took three or four emails to finally get somebody to tell me to take pictures of it and send it to them and then they would replace it. After doing all that I have gotten no response from them. It's been over two weeks. One of the customer service reps emailed me that they do not except returns. I actually found something on their website that states that they will except returns within 14 days. I showed that to them and I have yet to get a response. What kind of a legitimate company would not have a customer service number? I think all of this proves that they are not an upstanding legitimate company. All they're looking to do is to take money from people. I literally feel like this whole website is a scam. Unfortunately it cost me $31 including shipping to figure that out. I'm going to write the BBB
