It was a mistake calling them because I felt their disinterest in talking to me. Their employees clearly were slacking because they were working remotely. I was assigned to a lazy sounding lady who wasn't very accommodating and I felt like I was a chore for her because my inquiries were not answered properly. I felt like she really wanted to end the call but out of "duty" and because she was the unlucky one who answered my call, felt obliged to. It was a wrong decision!
