One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. No interest in customer sales--would contact and wait at least a day for a response. Had one order delayed a week because a salesman was not interested in helping me quickly, and when I tried to switch to another salesman (twice actually) I was shuttled back to the original salesman.
I have worked in customer service, I was not being a rude/demanding customer, I was trying to have a basic order filled (one that was filled incorrectly). The fact that none of my requests were honored shows that this company does not care for customer service. I ended up switching to another supplier, could not believe it took me so long to do so.
