I ordered four 12" X 30" X. 5" PVC sheets. My order looked like it was processed with floor scraps. Unreal!

Website gives you a option to recalculate but doesn't take your calculations you have to try over and over again to get it to take it, and the outcome is you receive measurements that you never ordered. I called a couple of times for help with the website and the person just told me what to do and didn't seem very concerned that I was having problems with their website once I got the package and figured out that it wasn't the right size I called back and they told me that they didn't Take returns on the 12 by 12 that's not what I ordered! They don't value their customers this is a terrible company.

They stink. Didn't have the material, weren't going to order any right away and failed to return my money. Put the charge in dispute this evening. How are they still in business?

One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. No interest in customer sales--would contact and wait at least a day for a response. Had one order delayed a week because a salesman was not interested in helping me quickly, and when I tried to switch to another salesman (twice actually) I was shuttled back to the original salesman.

I have worked in customer service, I was not being a rude/demanding customer, I was trying to have a basic order filled (one that was filled incorrectly). The fact that none of my requests were honored shows that this company does not care for customer service. I ended up switching to another supplier, could not believe it took me so long to do so.

Great customer service. Item of high quality, delivered incredibly fast. Don't forget to take the plastic wrap off the acrylic!

On Thursday, August 09,2012 I placed a call to Interstate Plastics with the intension of purchasing some UHMW tubing and solid rod from your company.

Your sales person (male) left much to be desired. He continued to laugh in between my technical questions, which I found rude and unprofessional, and when I referenced minimum order size information listed on your website, he continued to laugh. So I asked him, why are you laughing at my questions? He gave no response to my question,. Being ignored and laughed at will not be tolerated in any business relationship that I have.

And when I asked him for the last time what was so funny and why was he laughing at my questions, he hung up on me!

You have a big customer service problem with this guy and I suggest that you address it ASAP.

I will take my business to your competitor UPS. The sales person there was a PROFESSIONAL.

Despite the pandemic and closure of their sales office, relying on phone and customer pickkup, our experience was far better than the average and, strangely, very different from other reviewers' experiences.

After describing our needs, the salesman gave us options on materials and the technical information we needed to make a good decision. Our material was cut and ready the next business day, and fit perfectly despite odd sizing.

Finally, the price was significantly lower than the next lowest quote. I didn't ask how they can do that, but that certainly was appreciated.

Our experience was "excellent".
