On Thursday, August 09,2012 I placed a call to Interstate Plastics with the intension of purchasing some UHMW tubing and solid rod from your company.
Your sales person (male) left much to be desired. He continued to laugh in between my technical questions, which I found rude and unprofessional, and when I referenced minimum order size information listed on your website, he continued to laugh. So I asked him, why are you laughing at my questions? He gave no response to my question,. Being ignored and laughed at will not be tolerated in any business relationship that I have.
And when I asked him for the last time what was so funny and why was he laughing at my questions, he hung up on me!
You have a big customer service problem with this guy and I suggest that you address it ASAP.
I will take my business to your competitor UPS. The sales person there was a PROFESSIONAL.
Dont need this kind of BS,
