I ordered a Nike turtleneck sweatshirt. As by pics you can see what I ordered and recieved. So different. Not happy at ALL. This was my 1st time ordering.

We have improved our Return Policy to make it better for our customers by extending it to 45 days instead of 30 days and oftentimes when a customer feels like the items are defective- we waive the $8.99 Return Label Fee as a courtesy for our customers but that isn’t always the case.
