I trusted Lasting Impressions with a Christmas gift for my daughter. I ordered a laptop bag that would be personalized with a picture and her initials. The preview picture looked perfect and there were no indications of any problems. When I received the bag, the picture was blurry, it was packaged in a container that was too small for it and, consequently, left a permanent crease in the picture. But the biggest issue was that the initials were overlapping each other and were not centered. The quality of this item was horrible, but what followed next was even worse. I contacted the company and sent them a picture of what I received. I asked if they could remake the item and send it to me right away, as this was a Christmas gift. I was told originally that this could be done, but the next day I was told that they had depleted their inventory. I expressed my dissatisfaction and said that a refund was not enough to compensate for the gross oversight on their part. It's 2 days before Christmas and I now have no gift for my daughter. I suggested a refund and replacement of the item once their inventory would allow. I was told that my money would be refunded and they considered the matter closed. It is obvious that this company has no pride in their craftsmanship or their customer service. Do not waste your time or money for substandard service.
