Lockers are broken near my home. I have had parcels returned to sender as there were no room in locker- so parcels sent back.
I have had a package waiting in a locker for weeks now, which I can't get out due to the lockers being broken. I would not use again.
Staff are lovely when I speak to them, but the service doesn't seem like it works well.

Had a pair of Nike air Jordan's stolen by an Inpost employee and replaced with a pair of kids...
When I buy something, I want it delivered to my house. I don't want to have to go and collect it...
