I was very excited to have received my order, but the outfit was way too small and I will be returning for refund. The return policy needs to be simplified.

So glad I found you! Been having a hard time finding blinds the size I needed at a reasonable price. Will be ordering again in the near future if all goes well with my first current order. Thank you!

I ordered some dresses from this company and when I received them and tried on, they were much smaller then the size then the ones I ordered. I emailed them and requested information as to how to return. 3 emails later with them asking why they didn't fit and to take pictures showing that they didn't fit, which I refused to squeeze into something way too small and possibly tear the items. They still at this point refused to tell me how to return the items. I finally just used the return address on the bag and inserted all my info into the bag with the garments and mailed it out using USPS with a tracking number. I then AGAIN emailed them telling them what I did and sending them the tracking number as well and received an e-mail from them telling me it was wrong address that they are in China (the return address on the bag was California). After that email, they requested a tracking number THREE MORE TIMES! Which I provided every time! They then sent an email stating they will refund as long as I gave them a good review, WTF! They are now holding my money hostage until I give a good review! There are a total of 11 emails and no other way for me to contact them other then that. I have never, ever had to deal with a company like this in my life! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!
I still haven't received my refund after 2 weeks of dealings...
